It’s Handmade Monday! I didn’t do much crafting during the week, I have been doing other things and playing with my new toy, which I will introduce you to in a moment. First though, I want to mention a recipe I did post during the week that everyone probably will miss otherwise.
If you have dogs, it’s a fun summer treat, and very inexpensive and easy to make. You can find the recipe for Pauli Pops here in case you missed it. It’s full of healthy ingredients and you can change them to suit your dog’s tastes and needs. Pauli gives it a big thumbs up, and it’s definitely handmade! 🙂
My only other thing I have is what I’ve been doing with my new toy, and the reason for the title for this blog post. A little explanation. Years ago I had a VHS video camera. I drove my kids and family crazy but I’m so glad I had it. Those tapes are a treasure now. Of course, it finally quite working. My little Kodak Easyshare had a little video capacity, but it also quit working. Now I broke down and got a real digital video camera. Of course, there’s a learning curve but WOW! Fun!
I have made a few little videos, but I’m not sure how to share them here. However, if you really want to go check out a cute little one I made of a little bird and his mom, you can go to my flickr page here.
Pauli is so sweet and enjoying the treat, love the clip of the baby moorhen, nature is a treasure
You did so well with your filming, Moorhens are usually so timid. Your dofg definitely looks like hes enjoying his treat
Oh yes, that’s one happy dog! My daughter may appreciate your recipe, she has dogs and is a dog groomer too.
Thank you for taking part in Handmade Monday x
Aww cute Moorhen baby! All legs and neck. So sweet. Very steady hand too. Nice bit of camera work.
Thank you all. I think the moorhen was a little shy, but I was not too close, so she was not that concerned about me. Fortunately the cam has a zoom lens. Otherwise I would probably never get any wild animal shots! 🙂
Great video’s and photo’s, I enjoyed looking at them, thank you for posting.

Thank you for stopping by.
I’m off to check out your dog treat, I’m sure our dog will love it. Great video isn’t it nice to have a new toy.
I thought you may have gotten a new video camera!!! 🙂
Susie, if you’ve not already done so, check out YouTube (kind of like a Flickr for videos). Once your videos are up there, they are very easy to embed into your blog.
oh I had not seen this video, she is gorgeous!
And I see that Paul treats with your super recipe
Bisous
Thank you all, always so kind! Pauli likes almost everything to eat. Except strawberries. 🙂 And the new video camera is VERY fun!
